40 year old woman, married to Steve (basketcase52). We have an 11 year old son, and live in a village with our Greyhound and two rats. I am unable to work, due to complications with my diabetes. I am going through tests at the moment to see if I am suitable to be put forward for trials for an Islet transplant, which if I get accepted and if it works would make it so that I was no longer diabetic. I enjoy kite flying and walking (when I am able to). Love animals and spend a lot of time on my computer. Have a wide range of tastes in music and many interests.
